Carrot Cake, my wayward song
Moist carrot cake recipe needs not sugar but the natural sweetness of raisins, dried cranberries, and finely grated carrots. The cream cheese with powder sugar frosting is optional. Orange zest gives a nice color and taste to the frosting. Continue reading
