I chose the release date of 8/8/2026 because the number 8 is auspicious in the Chinese culture. Two eights, even more so. And if you add the last two digits of the year, 2+6 = 8. That’s three eights — very auspicious.
Coinciding with Massachusetts’ tax-free holiday weekend for books and tangible items under $2,500, this milestone release marks the culmination of my target deadline to get this new volume out into the world. Check your state for your tax-free holiday.
