Three Chord Thursday: NO THEME a.k.a. ANYTHING GOES!

By request, for the FIRST TIME ever, Three Chord Thursday on 17th June 2021 will have no theme. That means we will play songs that don’t have anything in common, other than requiring only a few chords to accompany. As usual, submit your song request if you’d wish to be in the line-up of 10 songs. Here’s an opportunity to share those songs that were in the waiting list of previous song sessions or something you’ve been working on but didn’t fall into any theme or category.

The Zoom link and passcode have changed. Please register directly in Zoom to receive an e-mail with the information. You only need to register once for the upcoming sessions listed.

NO THEMES

We always start promptly at 3 pm EDT (8 pm BST, Noon PDT, 9 am HST) with a warm-up, followed by our sunglasses ritual, line-up, and up to ten songs performed by volunteers who request to perform beforehand. We order the ten songs by increasing number of chords and hyperlink them to song sheets. We record and edit our song sessions to review, learn, remember, and share with the community. Join our new public Facebook Group to get the latest and greatest. Doors open from 2:30 pm EDT — for performers to set up, get sound and light checks, and newcomers to introduce themselves.
