Three Chord Thursday: Exercise!

3rd June 2021 is World Bicycle Day. To celebrate, we will share songs about cycling, running, and physical exercise. Join us for this Three Chord Thursday at 3 pm EDT. Wear your exercise outfit so we can see you are working out! Better yet, stand and move while you play your uke!

Jen Bross, a certified personal trainer and an enthusiastic ukulele player, will open our session with a physical warm-up at 3 pm EDT. Don’t miss this opportunity experience what she offers two mornings a week for those of us that like to get fit in her zoom classes!

We always start promptly at 3 pm EDT with a warm-up, followed by our sunglasses ritual, line-up, and up to ten songs performed by volunteers who request to perform beforehand. We record and edit our song sessions to review, learn, remember, and share with the community. If you don’t have the Zoom info, be sure to register in advance and to get on the mailing list. Join our new public Facebook Group to get the latest and greatest.

Newcomers and performers: please arrive early to introduce yourselves, set-up, test your microphones, do a sound and visual check. Doors are open from 2:30 pm EDT and everyone is muted at 3 pm for recording.
