The Ukulele Union of Boston (UUoB) began in 2010 when the first ukulele course (at Cambridge Centre for Adult Education) ended. The students asked, “What shall we do now?” — and one of them initiated a get together in his photo studio. The rest is history. How did other clubs in New England start?
In November 2018, I organised a big free event at Eustis Estate, a beautiful location in Milton, Massachusetts. There I introduced leaders of the various ukulele groups in Massachusetts (with links to song sheets).
