How many “C chords” do you know on the ukulele? Start with the C major chord. Can you easily move to C minor? C7? C major 7? If you can figure out how to move from one chord to another for C, then it should be just as easy to apply the same process to another key. Or not?

Switching chords on the ukulele is like moving pieces on a chess board. Move one finger and you get a different chord. Below are one-finger paths to switch from one chord to another. Can you think of a longer “sequence” or “progression” of chords? In other words, a longer series of chords that use only one finger move?
One finger path
C —> Cmaj7 —> C7 —-> C7(#5) —> C+
C+ —> C —> Cm —-> Cdim
C —> Csus4 —> G7 (omit 5)
C —> Cm —> Csus2 –> G
